BLINK experienced an outage on June 13th from approximately 1:52PM to 2:20PM Central time.

Impact Assessment:
The functions impacted were primary redirect services, multiple API endpoints, and web console functions. This outage impacted both self-service and enterprise customers.

Partially degraded BL.INK US services

Some BL.INK customers experienced a temporary interruption of service in the Amazon East Region. Our DevOps team initiated optimization routines that caused high CPU utilization in one of our databases. This issue caused reduced performance of our administration interface and our APIs for a subset of customers. The issue was resolved quickly by terminating the problematic maintenance queries.
