Some BL.INK customers experienced a temporary interruption of service in the Amazon East Region. Our DevOps team initiated optimization routines that caused high CPU utilization in one of our databases. This issue caused reduced performance of our administration interface and our APIs for a subset of customers. The issue was resolved quickly by terminating the problematic maintenance queries. No data was lost and all services have been restored to their full capacity. Future maintenance will be scheduled outside of normal business hours to minimize any impact or degradation.
