Thank you all for your patience. The BLINK team was able to correct the issues without a rollback and the final release for the week is now in production and all core systems are operating as expected. Our last system update introduced some memory issues and we will be rolling back to the prior update. We will review and likely issue a fix with a fresh push a bit later today. If you had an issue that was corrected with the most recent update, it will be reverted for a period of time while we investigate the memory issue. We will post another update as soon as we have the next release in process.

We believe that all essential services are now operating as expected. There were several updates made throughout the day today to the API and web console, however the core functionality should be operating as expected. Redirect services were not impacted during the maintenance. There are some additional updates that will be made daily throughout the next several days to correct some web console errors and ensure optimal performance and operations. There are a number of errors impacting a handful of customers across various functions. Redirect services are still fully operational, however some customers have reported issues with the web management console or API functions. The performance issues have been remediated and platform speed is back to normal. There are some lingering issues with API authentication and some general UI bugs, but the team is rapidly correcting and deploying updates steadily. Thank you for your patience and continued support. We are working diligently to bring things back to 100%.

We have noticed some performance issues and a periodic application error when trying to view some portions of the web interface. Redirect functionality is operating normally. The system update is complete and we are now monitoring all systems. The incident alert that was triggered during the update was a false positive. The systems were online, but the endpoint we were using for monitoring was changed during the update. The endpoint has been updated to properly reflect system status. BLINK is planning a non-disruptive update scheduled for Tuesday, May 4th between 10am-3pm (15:00 - 20:00 UTC). BLINK has tested the update extensively, however due to the significance of the update across multiple internal systems, we are notifying our customers in advance to reach out to us at help@bl.ink if you see any anomalies in your operations. All redirects, API, and management console should experience zero disruption during the update. We will provide additional notifications during the maintenance and at the conclusion.

NOTE: this maintenance was originally scheduled for May 3rd, however our team felt another day was warranted to finalize some preparations to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
